| 摘 要： | 目的 观察新鲜羊膜移植治疗角膜溃疡的临床效果。方法 对26例26眼角膜溃疡病人采用新鲜羊膜移植手术，其中细菌性角膜溃疡16眼．真菌性角膜溃疡6眼，病毒性角膜溃疡3眼，化学烧伤性角膜溃疡1眼。结果 26眼中24眼治愈。术后随访12个月，均未见新鲜羊膜移植片急性排斥反应，22眼视力不同程度提高，1眼复发，1眼早期羊膜溶解。结论 新鲜羊膜移植是治疗角膜溃疡的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of fresh amnion transplantation to treat keratohelcosis.Methods Adopt fresh amnion transplantation for 26 patient's 26 oculus of keratohelcosis,bacterial keratohelcosis 16 cases,keratohelcosis mycotica 6 oculus,viral keratohelcosis 3 oculus,chemical burn keratohelcosis 1 oculus.Results 24 oculus in 26 oculus cured.Fullow-up survey 12 months after operation;there are not any acute rejection in fresh amnion transplant after operation,the sight improved in varying degree in 22 oculus,1 oculus is recurring,early phase amnion dissolution 1 oculus.Conclusion Fresh amnion transplantation is an effective method to treat keratohelcosis. |
