子痫前期、子痫患者胎盘组织中VEGF的表达及其与MVD的相关性研究

目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘组织血管病变的机理,以期为进一步认识妊娠期高血压疾病的病因以及对其防治开辟新途径。方法采用SABC法检测30例正常足月妊娠孕妇及90例妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘组织中VEGF蛋白的表达并计数MVD。结果子痫前期、子痫患者胎盘组织中VEGF蛋白表达低于对照组,且与MVD值呈正性相关。结论VEGF参与了胎盘组织血管病变机理过程,其表达异常可能与妊娠期高血压疾病的病因及病理过程有关。

Expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in the placenta tissue of preeclampsia and eclampsiapatients and its relationship with microvascular density

Objective To explore the vasculopathy pathogenesis of hypertensive disorder complicat in gpregnancy.It may help us to determine the etiology and defend and treat the disease.Methods Immuno- histochemical method was used to detect the expression of VEGF and protein and to count MVD in the pla- centa tissue including 90 hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy patients and 30 healthy pregnant women as a control group.Results The expression of VEGF in patients with preeclampsia and eclampsia were reduced than those in normal pregnant women(P<0.05),there were the positive correlation relation- ship between VEGF and MVD.Conclusion Abnormal production of VEGF is one of the factors which make the blood vessel disorder in the placenta of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and may have relationship with cause of desease.
