| 摘 要： | 目的:观察自拟天芎汤联合西比灵治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:将64例偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组32例给予西比灵10mg/d口服,治疗组32例在对照组治疗的基础上加自拟天芎汤治疗。两组均治疗8周。结果:天芎汤联合西比灵治疗偏头痛有效率为93.8%,对照组为75%,两组之间有效率差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:自拟天芎汤与西比灵联合治疗偏头痛具有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical observation on treating 32 cases of migraine by the Tianxiong decoction plus sibelium |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Tianxiong decoction plus sibelium in treating migraine.Methods:64 patients with migraine were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,the control group of 32 patients were given sibelium oral,10mg a day,the treatment group of 32 patients were treated with the Tianxiong decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.8%,and of the control group was 75%,efficiency differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05) .Conclusion:The Tianxiong decoction plus sibelium was effective in treating migraine. |
