注射用头孢米诺钠输液中的配伍稳定性研究

摘    要:目的:考察输液中注射用头孢米诺钠与0.9%氯化钠注射液和5%葡萄糖注射液配伍时的稳定性。方法:以0.9%氯化钠注射液和5%葡萄糖注射液分别配制头孢米诺钠溶液,分别于配制后的不同时间点以HPLC法测定头孢米诺钠及有关物质的含量,观察溶液的物理状态和pH值变化。结果:头孢米诺钠在0.10~2.0mg/ml浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,在室温(25℃)条件下,4 h内主成分及有关物质含量均符合标准规定。结论:注射用头孢米诺钠与0.9%氯化钠注射液和5%葡萄糖注射液配伍在观察的4 h时间内质量稳定可靠。

Research on the compatible stability of cefminox sodium for injection during transfusion

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the Compatible Stability of cefminox sodium for injection during transfusion with 0. 9% sodium chloride injection and 5% glucose injection. Methods: Cefminox sodium injection was prepared by 0. 9% sodium chloride injection and 5% glucose injection. The contents of cefminox sodium and related substance were detected by HPLC different time after preparation. Meanwhile, the physical condition and pH value were also observed. Results: The linear relation of concentration range 0. 10 -0. 20 and peak area was favourahle. Under 25℃, the contents of cefminox sodium and related substance were all accord with the standard code of Chinese pharmacopoeia in 4 h. Conclusion: The compatibility of 0. 9% sodium chloride injection and 5% glucose injection with cefminox sodium for injection is steady.
