碧血胶囊对异丙肾上腺素诱导大鼠心肌缺血的保护作用

目的 研究碧血胶囊对异丙肾上腺素(ISO)诱导大鼠心肌缺血的保护作用.方法 应用异丙肾上腺素复制心肌缺血损伤的动物模型,观察组织形态学改变,测定血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)的活性,以及心电图变化.结果 碧血胶囊中高剂量组显著增高了心重与体重的比值,明显降低了心肌缺血大鼠的MDA、LDH、CK水平,增加SOD水平,且明显改善了心肌组织病变程度,降低了异丙肾上腺素所致心肌缺血大鼠的心电图T波升高,与模型组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 碧血胶囊对异丙肾上腺素诱导的大鼠心肌缺血具有保护作用.

Protective Effect of Bixue Capsule on Myocardi Ischemic Injury Induced by Isoproterenol in Rats

Objective To study the the protective effect of Bixue capsule on myocardi ischemic injury induced by isoproterenol(ISO) in rats.Methods A myocardial ischemia rat model was established by intraperitoneal injection of isoproterenol.The heart were dissected and examined with microscope,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and creatine kinase(CK) were measured and rat electrocardiogram(ECG) was also recorded.Results Compared with model group,the ratio of body weight and heart weight were significantly increased,the levels of MDA,LDH and CK were significantly decreased and the level of SOD were significantly increased,the histological changes was visibly improved in Bixue capsule middle and high-dose groups(P<0.05).Bixue capsule inhibited the increase of T wave of ECG in myocardial ischemic injury induced by isoprotereuol in rats.Conclusion Bixue capsule has protective effect on myocardi ischemic injury induced by isoproterenol in rats.
