| 摘 要： | 患者：男,46岁。为降低总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）而服用匹伐他汀2mg,每晚睡前口服。30天后,实验室检查示：谷丙转氨酶（ALT）和谷草转氨酶（AST）分别由服药前37．9u／1升高至164．7u／1,23．0u／1升高至121．6u／1。停药30天后,ALT和AST均恢复正常。

| Abstract: | A 46- year- old man ingested pitvastatin calcium 2mg before bedtime for decreasing the level of total cholesterol （TC） and low density lipoprotein （ LDL - c）. 30 days later, laboratory tests revealed that his ALT and AST were increased separately from 37. 9u/1 to 164. 7u/1 and from 23. 0u/1 to 121. 6u/1. Thirty days later, the levels of ALT and AST were normal without any treatment. |
