急性脑卒中外周血WBC变化

目的：探讨急性脑卒中患者外周血白细胞数量的变化与病情及预后的关系。方法：应用sysmexXE-2100全自动血细胞分析仪检测430例临床诊断为急性脑卒中患者入院4h内外周血WBC总数，分组为WBC计数正常组（4—10×10^9／L）及WBC计数增高组（〉10×10^9／L）。分别观察其预后评估：入院时、治疗后病程一周末、根据改良爱丁堡一斯堪的那维亚评分MESSS量表评定神经功能缺损程度，BI量表评定日常生活能力。结果：入院4h及治疗一周末时，高WBC计数组MESSS评分明显高于正常组（P〈0．05），BI评分明显低于正常组（P〈0．05）；治疗后2月正常组MESSS评分与WBC异常组比较差异有统计学意义。结论：脑卒中患者外周血白细胞计数与其病情及预后相关，可作为病情及预后的评估指标之一。
