| 摘 要： | 通过对３７１例踝关节骨折－脱位手法复位治疗的回顾，较为全面地介绍了单踝骨折（包括外、内踝）、双踝骨折、三踝骨折、踝关节脱位－骨折、胫腓韧带联合分离的复位手法，尤其对踝关节功能影响较大且不易整复的内踝骨折，从复位手法到固定方法重点进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Presented in this paper is a retrospective study of 371 cases of fractures and dislocations of malleolar joint treated by the manipulation reductions,The techniques for manipulation reduction of the fractured malleolus laterals and/or medialis etc.were introduced,Particularly,the reduction and the external fixation of the malleolar fractures medialis which especially affected the functions of malleolar joint were discussed in the article. |
