手术室干预性护理对腹腔镜手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响

目的观察手术室干预性护理对腹腔镜手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的影响。方法选取我院2018年1月~2019年1月收治的100例行腹腔镜手术患者为本次研究对象,按照是否行手术室干预性护理将所有患者分为对照组(50例:常规护理)与实验组(50例:手术室干预性护理),比较两组患者护理干预效果。结果实验组患者术后24 h D二聚体(D-D)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、纤维蛋白降解物(FDP)等相关凝血指征均优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间、首次下床活动时间以及平均住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组术后下肢DVT形成率(2.00%)明显低于对照组(10.00%)(P<0.05)。结论行腹腔镜手术患者手术室干预性护理效果明显优于常规护理。

Effect of Interventional Nursing in Operating Room on Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis after Laparoscopic Surgery

Objective To observe the effect of interventional nursing in operating room on lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(DVT)after laparoscopic surgery.Methods 100 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were included in this study.All patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to whether or not the intervention nursing was performed in the operating room.50 patients in the control group received routine nursing.50 patients in the experimental group received interventional nursing in the operating room.The effect of nursing intervention was compared between the two groups.Results The D-dimer(D-D),fibrinogen(Fbg),fibrin degradation product(FDP)and other related coagulation indicators in the experimental group were better than those in the control group 24 hours after operation(P<0.05).The first exhaust time,first defecation time,first ambulation time and average hospitalization time in the experimental group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of lower extremity venous thrombosis(2.00%)in the experimental group was significantly lower than control group(10.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of interventional nursing in the operating room of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery is better than that of routine nursing.
