脊柱术后静脉血栓栓塞的危险因素分析

目的分析影响患者脊柱术后静脉血栓栓塞(VTE)的危险因素。方法将本院2017年2月至2019年5月收治入院的100例已实施脊柱手术患者纳入研究样本,并分析所有患者的临床资料以探究影响VTE形成的危险因素。结果100例实施脊柱相关手术的患者术后有VTE发生的为42例,其VTE发生率为42.00%;42例脊柱术后发生VTE的患者,其年龄≥60岁、术中失血量≥400 ml、有术中输血史、手术时间≥2 h、术后卧床时间≥5 d以及实行全身麻醉与无VTE组患者相比均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论年龄≥60岁、术中失血量≥400 ml、有术中输血史、手术时间≥2 h、术后卧床时间≥5 d和实行全身麻醉是导致患者脊柱术后VTE发生的危险因素。在临床中应对呈现上述特征的患者重点防护,尽量避免VTE的发生以保障患者术后尽快恢复。

Risk Factors Analysis of Venous Thromboembolism after Spinal Surgery

Objective To analyze the risk factors of postoperative venous thromboembolism(VTE).Methods from February 2017 to may 2019,100 patients who had undergone spinal surgery were included in the study,and the clinical data of all patients were analyzed to explore the risk factors of VTE formation.Results A ccording to statistics,there were 42 cases of VTE in 100 patients with spine related operation,the incidence of VTE was 42.00%;42 patients with VTE after spine operation,the age≥60 years old,intraoperative blood loss≥400 ml,intraoperative blood transfusion history,operative time≥2 h,postoperative bed time≥5 d,and general anesthesia were significantly different from those without VTE(P<0.05).Conclusion Age≥60 years old,intraoperative blood loss≥400 ml,intraoperative blood transfusion history,operative time≥2 h,postoperative bed time≥5 d and general anesthesia are the risk factors for VTE.In clinical,we should focus on the protection of patients with the above characteristics,try to avoid the occurrence of VTE to ensure the safety of patients after surgery,so as to help patients recover as soon as possible.
