| 摘 要： | 目的：了解医方对于医患关系的满意度，寻找影响医患关系的医方满意度的患者因素，为促进医患和谐提供依据。方法：在北京、山东、重庆3地10所医院对医护人员进行问卷调查和深度访谈。结果：医护人员对社会医患关系和谐程度的平均评分为59.9分，远低于患者的评价分值（84.5分）；患者的社会人口特征、社会经济地位和行为特征对医护人员与患者的互动关系产生影响；医护人员对医患关系的评价受到患者的信任程度的影响。结论：医患关系的医方视角对明确我国医患关系紧张程度、分析医患紧张原因非常必要；患者因素对医患关系具有重要影响；建立和谐医患关系需要重视针对患者的措施。
