| 摘 要： | 采用 Ｓ Ｄ 大鼠作为供体， Ｗｉｓｔａｒ 大鼠作为受体，供鼠取双侧肾脏，原位灌注，移植肾放置左侧，血管直接吻合，输尿管带膀胱瓣与膀胱吻合的方法，建立稳定可靠实用的原位异体肾移植动物模型。

| Abstract: | We used SD rats as donors and Wistar rats as recipients and built the animal model of the renal allogratf in prime position which was the stable, trustworthy and practical. Two donor's kidneys was used,infusion was conducted at prime position, grafted kidney put at left side. Direct vascular anastomosis and operation of connecting ureter attached part of bladder with the bladder were conducted. |
