26例脉络膜恶性黑色素瘤的临床病理观察

目的：观察脉络膜黑色素瘤的临床病理特点及其与预后的关系。方法：对２６例脉络膜黑色素瘤进行多种影像检查和病理学检查。结果 ：２０例Ｂ超示眼球内实质性不均质占位；１６例眼底荧光血管造影（ＦＦＡ）示肿瘤内斑驳状荧光、肿瘤自身血管和视网膜毛细血管扩张等特征性改变；１２例ＣＴ扫描示眼球内高密度块状影像；１例ＭＲ中权呈高信号，Ｔ２加权呈低信号；２６例均为病理学检查证实。随访５例，２例死于肝转移，３例存活。结论

Clinicopathologic observation of 26 cases of choroidal malignant melanoma

Purpose\ To study the clinicopathological characteristics of choroidal malignant melanoma and its relationship with the prognosis. Methods\ Twenty six cases of choroidal malignant melanoma were analysed by imageological examinations and pathologic methods. Results\ Twenty cases presented as an intra ocular solid inhomogenous echoic masses on B scan. Sixteen cases presented the fundus fluorescence angiography (FFA) features such as mottled fluorescence and self vessels in tumor retinal telangiectasis on its surface. Twelve cases exhibited intra ocular hyperdense masses on CT scan, One case had characteristic MRI appearance, demonstrating high signal intensety on T 1 weighted images (T 1WI) and low signal on T 2WI. Twenty six cases confirmed by pathological examinations. Five patients were followed up. Two cases died of metastatic hepatic tumors. Three cases existed during followed up. Conclusions\ The dignostic values of such examinations as FFA and MRI were confirmed so long as we sum up the results of various examinations prior to clinical diagnosis. The prognosis in related to tumor size, tumor cell classification and diggerentical degree.
