磷结合剂在终末期肾病中的应用

Application of phosphate binder to end-stage renal disease

Patients with end-stage renal disease(ESRD) commonly experience hyperphosphatemia.Hyperphosphatemia is an important cause to increase mortality and incidence of cardiovascular diseases for patients with ESRD.In addition,hyperphosphatemia can lead to hyperparathyroidism,osteodystrophy,metastatic calcification,and so on.Therefore,it is important to control serum phosphorus levels effectively in generalized treatments of ESRD.At present,treatments of hyperphosphatemia include dietary restrictions,dialysis,treatment with phosphate binders,and parathyroidectomy when necessary.This article introduces the progress of phosphate binders in detail.
