贵州省戒毒劳教人群中性病调查分析

目的:了解我所劳教戒毒人员中性病发病情况。方法:对2000年-2001年在劳教所内劳教戒毒的男性人员进行性病普查。结果:在6624例吸毒者中有688例患有性病,占10.4%。其中慢性淋病368例,占53.5%;急性淋病108例,占15.7%;生殖器疱疹112例,占16.3%;尖锐湿疣94例,占13.7%;梅毒2例,占0.3%;软下疳4例,占0.6%。性病患者中,40 a(98.8%)以下、初中及初中以下文化程度者(91.6%)、未婚(72.7%)和无业人员(61.0%)居多。传播方式以非婚性接触占大多数(89.5%)。结论:我所戒毒劳教人员中,性病发病率较高,应加强对戒毒人群中性病的预防和治疗。

ANALYSIS OF SEXUAL TRANSMITTED DISEASE AMONG DRUG ABUSERS DOING REHABILITATION IN GUIZHOU CORRECTIONAL SETTINGS

Objective: To understand sexual transmitted diseases(STD) among drug abusers in correctional settings.Methods: General examination for STD was conducted among drug abusers doing drug rehabilitation through labor from 2000-2001 in Guizhou Zhongba Correctional Hospital.Results:Of 6624 male drug abusers,688 cases(accounting for 10.4%) had STD.The types of the diseases were as follows:chronic gonorrhea 368 cases(53.5%),acute gonorrhea 108(15.7%),genitalia herpes 112(16.3%),condyloma acuminatum 94(13.7%),syphilis 2(0.3%),and chancroid 4(0.6%).Among the patients with STD,98.8% were under the age of 40;91.6% had middle or under middle school education;72.7% were unmarried,and 61.0% were unemployed.Most of them(89.5%) got the disease through non-marriage sexual activities.Conclusion: The incidence of STD in drug abusers under rehabilitation in our correctional hospital is high,which suggests that prevention and treatment of STD among drug abusers be strengthened.
