安络化纤丸联合还原型谷胱苷肽治疗失代偿期肝硬化临床观察

目的：探讨安络化纤丸和还原型谷胱苷肽联合治疗失代偿期肝硬化的临床疗效。方法：76例失代偿期肝硬化患者随机分为治疗组37例及对照组39例，治疗组应用安络化纤丸口服及还原型谷胱苷肽静脉滴注，对照组采用还原型谷胱苷肽静脉滴注，两组给予相同的支持治疗，治疗4周后，观察患者症状、体征及肝功能等变化。结果：治疗组患者症状、体征及肝功能状况的改善均明显优于对照组。结论：安络化纤丸与还原型谷胱苷肽联合治疗失代偿期肝硬化有较好疗效。

Clinical Observation of An-luo Hua-xian Pill and Reduced Glutathione on Decompensated Hepatic Cirrhosis

Objective：To investigate the curative effects of An-luo Hua-xian pill and reduced glutathione on decompensated hepatic cirrhosis. Method ：76 cases with hepatic cirrhosis were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 37 ） and control group （n = 39）. The cases in treatment group were treated by An-luo Hua-xian pill, orally taken as dose of 6g each time and 3 times a day. And at the same time reduced glutathione 1 500 mg were given to treatment group by intervenous drop infusion. The ones in control group were only treated by reduced glutathione 1 500 mg by intervenous drop infusion. The same other multiple treatments were also given to the two groups. The treatment course included 4 weeks. The changes of symptoms, signs and hepatic function were observed after treat- ment. Result：The improvement of symptoms, signs and hepatic function in treatment group was superior to those of control group. Conclusion：The therapeutic alliance of An-luo Hua-xian pill with reduced glutathione has good effect on decompensated hepatic cirrhosis.
