摘    要:前列腺素E1是一种自体活性物质,为花生四烯酸的衍生产物,在炎症、免疫反应中发挥重要作用.重症肺炎足由多种细胞因子、炎症介质介导的肺实质的急性损伤.前列腺素E1抑制中性粒细胞在肺内聚集、活化,影响肺血流动力学,调节肺呼吸功能,影响细胞因子及氧化抗氧化系统,抑制炎症因子的表达和释放,调节免疫细胞凋亡的变化,均是其治疗重症肺炎的重要机制.本文就前列腺素E1与有关方面的研究进展作一简述.

Abstract:Prostaglindin E1 (PGE1) is an auto active compound and a product of arachidonic acid, which plays an important role in inflammatory reaction and immunologic reaction. Severe pneumonia is acute damage of lung parenchyma caused by multitude cytokine mediators of inflammation. PGE1 inhibits the gather and activation of polymorphonuclear neutrophils in the lung, impacts pulmonary hemodynamics, regulates pulmonary respiratory function, has an effect on cytokines and oxidation or anti-oxidation system, restrains the expression and release of inflammatory cytokines,adjusts immune cells in apoptosis. All of the above are important mechanism in the treatment of severe pneumonia. The article summarizes the studies on PGE1 and related views.
