摘 要: | 目的应用磁免疫分离技术建立快速检测食源性沙门氏菌应用方法。方法食品样品在含有免疫磁珠的循环体系中筛选,如有目标菌则被固化的免疫磁珠捕获,浓缩富集的免疫磁珠在显色培养基中直接培养,可疑菌落通过全自动细菌分析鉴定仪及荧光定量PCR方法确认。结果食品沙门氏菌免疫磁珠检测方法能快速有效富集食品基质中的目标菌,检测限达到〈10cfu/25g,检测周期约为40小时。结论成功建立了可应用于日常食品微生物检测的食源性沙门氏菌磁免疫分离检测技术。

Study on the rapid detection method on food borne Salmonella using immunomagnetic separation technology |

Abstract: | Objective:To establish rapid detection method for food-borne salmonella using immunomagnetic separation technology. Method: Different food samples were sorted in the circulation system containing anti-Salmonella immunomagnetic beads, where target pathogen were enriched and captured during the circulation, the concentrated beads then directly plate Chromagar for Salmonella after bead elution process, presumptive colonies were further con- firmed via automatic bacteria identification system or molecular identification. Result: The target pathogen in wide range of food matrix could be effectively separated in the IMS system with the test limit up to 10cfu/25g and test time less than 40 hours. Conclusions: Rapid detection method for food-borne salmonella using IMS system was successfully established and is applicable to routine food microbiological testing. |
