泮托拉唑治疗十二指肠球部溃疡近期疗效观察

目的：探讨泮托拉唑治疗十二指肠球部溃疡的近期疗效。方法：70例十二指肠球部溃疡患者随机分成2组，各35例，分别服用泮托拉唑片剂40mg及兰索拉唑胶囊30mg，每日一次，疗程4周，结果：泮托拉唑组和兰索拉唑组溃疡愈合率分别为91．4％及94．3％，总有效率均为1005，两组无显著差异（P＞0．05），但在缓解疼痛症状上泮 拉唑比兰索拉唑更迅速，两者有显著差异（P＜0．05），结论：泮托拉唑治疗十二指肠球部溃疡有很好的近期疗效，且不良反应少。

Short-Term Efficacy of Pantoprazole in Treatment of Duodenal Ulcer

Objectives: To explore the short-term efficacy of pantoprazole in the treatment of duodenal ulcer. Methods: A total of 70 cases with duodenal ulcer was randomly divided into tested group and the controlled group. Each group had 35 cases. The tested group was given 40 mg pantoprazole orally daily, the controlled group received 30 mg lansoprazole orally daily, the duration of both group was 4 weeks. Results: The ulcer-healing rate of tested group was 91.4 % after 4 weeks of treatment, and controlled group 94. 3 % . The total effective rates were 100 % in both groups. There was no significant difference statistically( P >0.05), While relief of the ulcer pain was quicker than lansoprazole, there was significant difference statistically between two groups (P<0. 05) . Conclusion: Pantoprazole had good short-term efficacy in the treatment of duodenal ulcer, only few side effects were discovered.
