3-氯丙二醇对大白鼠附睾超微结构作用的动力学研究

摘    要:以20mg/kg 3-氯丙二醇灌服大白鼠,每日一次,连续五日,引起大白鼠附睾各部主细胞显著的超微结构变化,这种变化从起始部至尾部依次出现;在损伤的深度和广度上则因离睾丸距离的加大而递减;随着停药时间的延长,这种变化逐渐消失;复原过程亦始于起始部,逐渐向尾部进行,其周期自上而下逐渐缩短,提示:导致上述诸过程的因子可能主要来源于睾丸,存在于生殖管通腔液中,沿附睾各部,造成相应的粘膜上皮细胞损伤,而自身浓度亦渐变小。本文尚对3-氯丙二醇的抗生育作用与附睾超散结构变化的相互关系以及剂量依赖双重效应的机理进行了讨论。

Abstract:The ultrastructural changes of each epididymal segment of the rat were brought about by α-chloro- hydrin (20mg/kg/d,for successive five times).The alteration appeared in proper order from initial segment to caudal segment,and the degression in profundity and range got less serious as the distance to the testis increased.This alteration disappeared gradually as the time went by.The recovery process also began at initial segment but its cycle was shortened gradually from initial segment to caudal seg- ment.These results showed:the factor that caused the above-mentioned processes stemmed from the testis chiefly and was in epididymal plasma.It affected each epididymal segment along the epidiymal lumen and to the injury of the epididymal epithelium;at the same time,the concentration of the factor became more decreased.The relationship between the antifertility effect of α-chlorohydrin and the aforesaid ultrastructutal changes of the epididymis and the mechanism of the double effects depending on dose of α-chlorohydrin were discussed.
