| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨围绝经期综合征中医证素辨证规律.方法 选择100例围绝经期综合征患者作为观察对象,采用证素辨证及积分方法进行临床观察.结果 围绝经期综合征虚证证素阴虚、血虚、阳虚显著高于气虚(P＜0.05,P＜0.01),阴虚、血虚高于阳虚(P＜0.05);国绝经期综合征实证证素肝郁、气滞、热积分显著高于湿、痰(P＜0.05,P＜0.01);围绝经期综合征病位证素以肝、肾、脾积分显著高于肺、心(P<0.01).结论 围绝经期综合征虚证证素主要以阴虚、血虚、阳虚为主:实证证素主要以肝郁、气滞、热为主;病住证素主要在肝、肾、脾,属虚实夹杂之证.
