超声乳化人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除的观察

目的探讨闭角型青光眼合并白内障行超声乳化人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术的临床效果。方法对96例闭角型青光眼合并白内障行白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术,观察术后视力、眼压、房角、眼底改变。随访时间为术后1～6月。结果术后视力、眼压、房角均较术前改善,眼底照相、视野检查未发现进一步视神经损害。术后一过性浅前房11例,眼压控制稳定,无高眼压者。89例术后无需继续用药,7例术后仅需少量用药。结论白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术是治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的有效方法。

Clinical effect of combined surgery of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation with trabeculectomy in patients with cataract and angle-closure glaucoma

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of combined surgery of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation with trabeculectomy in patients with cataract and angle-closure glaucoma. Methods 96 patients aged from 45-79 ys suffered from cataract and angle-closure glaucoma received the phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation and trabeulectomy and were evaluated on the changes of vision, intraocular pressure, anterior chamber angle and ocular funds after operation. Results In terms of vision, intraocular pressure and anterior chamber angle at post operation period on 1 day,1 week,1month,3 months and 6 months were fcund significant improvement, no changes for ocular fundus.Conclusion The combination operation of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation with trabeculectomy were effective and safe with few complications and good visual outcome in patients with cataract and angle-closure glacoma.
