四环素生产菌诱变育种与发酵性能的研究

采用紫外线对四环素生产菌金色链霉菌４－２８的原生质体进行诱变处理，选是到一株高产突变株Ｈ３２－３７。该菌在形态上与出发菌株存在明显差异；菌落小，呈图形或梅花形，表面粗糙，孢子丰富，孢子颜色深，四环素生产能力比出发菌株提高２３．９％，研究了其发酵性能，优化了培养基组成和发酵工艺条件，使四环素效价提高了４４．４％。

Study on the breeding of high tetracycline producing strains and their fermentation characteristics

Protoplast of the Streptomyces aureofaciens 4 28 strain was mutated by UV, a high yielding strain H32 37 was obtained. The apparent differences in morphology between the strain H32 37 and the parent strain were as follows: the colony is smaller,round shape or plum blossom shape, rough surface,spores output plentiful, deep gray. Its tetracycline production is 23.9% higher than that of the parent. The fermentation characteristics were investigated, the medium and fermentation condition were optimized. Under the optimum condition,the tetracycline activity increased by 44.4% in comparison with that of the parent one.
