化痰祛瘀法治疗类风湿性关节炎临床研究

目的:观察验证化痰祛瘀法(化痰祛瘀协定方)对类风湿性关节炎(RA)痰瘀痹阻证的临床疗效。方法:将61例患者随机分为化痰祛瘀协定方治疗组(31例)和益肾蠲痹丸对照组(30例),对比观察两组用药后的治疗效果。结果:化痰祛瘀协定方治疗组治疗RA的临床控制显效率、总有效率分别为61.29％和90.32％,对照组的临床控制显效率、总有效率分别为40.00％和73.33％,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组对关节疼痛、肿胀、功能障碍、双手平均握力及痰瘀痹阻证候积分方面都有一定的改善作用,但治疗组效果优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组并可显著降低血清中HA、IL-6水平,与对照组比较,P<0.05。结论:化痰祛瘀协定方可有效缓解RA患者的关节疼痛、肿胀及功能障碍,提高患者的双手握力,促进受累关节功能的恢复,改善关节滑膜炎症,延缓关节损伤的发生。

Clinical Observation of Treating RA with Dissolving Phlegm and Activating Blood Stasis

Objective: To observe clinical effect of Huatanquyu decoction (HTQYD) in treating RA with symptom of blood stasis and phlegm stagnation. Methods: 61 patients were randomly divided into treated group (3leases) and control group (30cases). In treated group patients were treated with HTQYD while in control group were treated with Yishenjuanbiwan. Results: The total effective rate of treated group was 90.32%, superior to that of control group which was 73.33% (P<0.05). The symptoms of pain and swelling were reduced, the function of joints and holding strength of hands were improved, and the symptoms of blood stasis and phlegm stagnation were also improved in both groups, but that were more significant in treated group (P<0.05). HA and IL-6 were also significantly reduced in treated group (P<0.05). Conclusion: HTQYD has effects to kill pain, reduce swelling, resume functions of joints and improve holding strength of hands and it also has anti-inflammatory effect.
