| 摘 要： | 本文报告７例液氮（－１９６°Ｃ）保存的人体主动脉瓣分别应用于主动脉瓣替换５例（其中１例合并瓣环扩大）、肺动脉瓣替换及法乐四联症右室流出道成形各１例．术后随访５月～６年，临床效果满意．对同种瓣的特点、同种瓣替换的手术适应证及术后遗留杂音和返流进行了讨论．

| Abstract: | This paper reports 7 cases of liquid-nitrogen-preserved homografts which were used in aortic valve replacement(AVR)with annular enlargement,pulmonary valve replacement(PVR)and AVR with root enlarge ment in past 6 years.The clinical facility from homograft was singnifcant after 50-month to 6-year follow-up.The characteristic of homograft,indication of operation and remained murmur or regurgitation are discussed. |
