386例婴幼儿舌系带过短矫正术的临床分析

目的：了解舌系带过短对患儿造成的不良影响,探讨舌系带过短小儿手术治疗的理想时期。方法：收集2002～2008年在福建省宁德市闽东医院口腔科接受舌系带过短手术的患儿386例（年龄为出生后3天至8岁）,根据年龄不同将患儿分成五组,比较各组患儿在舌系带肥厚率、术中缝合率、术中配合程度及术中出血量的区别,并且评估每组的手术安全性及术后护理的难易程度。结果：3～6个月年龄组的肥厚率、术中缝合率、术中出血量均较低,手术配合程度较佳,而手术安全性相对较高,术后护理较为容易。结论：小儿舌系带过短手术是安全有效的,手术最佳时期为出生后3～6个月。

Analysis of 386 Cases of Ankylotomy and Prolongation in Infants

Objective：To study the negative effects of ankylogolssia on children and investigate the ideal surgical period of children with tougue-tie. Methods：386 patients with ankylogossia from 2002 to 2008 were treated by ankylotomy in Fujian Mindong Hospital,and compared the diffence in the ratio of wide lingual frenum,suturing in ankylotomy,coordination of patient in ankylotomy and hemorrhage in ankylotomy according to different ages,also evaluaed the security of ankylotomy and the diffculty of treatment after ankylotomy. Results：The patients of 3-6 months old are suitatble to ankylogolssia,because their ratio of wide lingual frenum,suturing in ankylotomy,coordination and hemorrhage of patients in ankylotomy are in a low level,and they are saftier and easier treatment than other groups. Conclusion：The ankylotomy is suitable in infancy,the best period is 3-6 months after born.
