| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白2(IGFBP-2)在脂肪肝组织中的表达及意义。方法 60只清洁级雄性SD大鼠随机均分为6组:模型组分别用四氯化碳(CCl4)、酒精、高脂饮食诱导,相应的对照组予以正常饮食。采用半定量免疫组织化学方法检测脂肪肝大鼠肝脏组织的IGFBP-2表达。结果三个脂肪肝模型组大鼠肝脏组织IGFBP-2表达均高于各自的对照组(245.3±67.6)个/mm2vs.(53.5±15.3)个/mm2,(282.4±58.6)个/mm2vs.(61.2±14.2)个/mm2,(352.8±81.3)个/mm2vs.(66.2±13.7)个/mm2](P<0.01),且高脂模型组大鼠肝脏组织IGFBP-2表达高于CCl4模型组和酒精模型组大鼠(P<0.05)。结论 IGFBP-2可能参与脂肪肝发生发展,尤其与非酒精性脂肪肝的形成具有密切联系。
