| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝纤维化指数在HBeAg阴性慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者抗肝纤维化治疗中的临床意义。方法选取30例经保肝、抗肝纤维化治疗的HBeAg阴性CHB患者,分析治疗前后肝纤维化指数、血清肝纤维化指标、门静脉主干直径宽度、脾脏厚度及肝功能变化趋势。结果与治疗前比较,疗程结束后,HBeAg阴性CHB患者肝纤维化指数、血清肝纤维化指标、脾脏厚度及肝功能均明显改善(P<0.05),而门静脉主干直径宽度与治疗前比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论肝纤维化指数能简便、动态、更全面地反映肝纤维化变化程度,用于评估药物疗效有临床实用价值。
