喉罩通气在全麻下乳腺癌根治术的应用效果

目的探讨喉罩通气应用于全身麻醉下乳腺癌根治术的效果。方法择期乳腺癌根治术患者40例,随机均分为喉罩(L)组和气管插管(T)组。观察插管(罩)前后血压(BP)、心率(HR)的变化以及术后胃胀、咽喉疼痛等不良反应。结果 L组插入喉罩后BP、HR没有明显变化;T组导管插入后的BP、HR均较插入前明显升(P<0.01)。气管插管组咽痛等并发症发生率及疼痛程度明显高于喉罩组。结论喉罩通气较气管插管对患者循环功能影响较小,并发症少。
