| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脐带间充质干细胞(UC-MSCs)治疗自身免疫性肝病(AILD)的疗效。方法对7例AILD患者通过外周静脉移植UC-MSCs,分析治疗前后疗效及安全性。结果与治疗前比较,UC-MSCs治疗后,全部患者饮食、睡眠、体力、疲劳等临床症状均有明显改善,ALB、ALT及AST明显好转(P<0.05),TBil、ALP及GGT亦有所改善(P>0.05)。治疗前后的安全性指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 UC-MSCs治疗可明显减轻AILD患者的临床症状,改善其肝功能,且安全性好。
