| 摘 要： | 目的分析经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)药物洗脱支架治疗冠状动脉无保护左主干狭窄的疗效。方法无保护左冠状动脉主干病例45例,26例行药物支架治疗(PCI组),19例行冠状动脉搭桥治疗(CABG)组,比较两组住院期间、术后6个月及12个月心血管事件发生情况。结果 PCI组平均住院(7.1±2.3)d,短于CABG组的(13.1±4.2)d(P<0.01)。住院期间PCI组心血管事件7例,CABG组4例;术后6个月PCI组心血管事件12例,CABG组8例;术后12个月PCI组心血管事件17例,CABG组11例。三个时间段两组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与CABG比较,PCI治疗冠状动脉无保护左主干狭窄具有手术创伤小、术后恢复快和不增加术后心血管事件等优点。
