| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨受激活调节正常T细胞表达和分泌因子(RANTES)在胃癌中的表达及其意义.方法 应用免疫组织化学、蛋白印迹技术检测胃癌患者(8例)和正常人(8例)胃组织中RANTES蛋白表达;ELISA检测RANTES在胃癌患者和正常人外周血中的浓度.结果 免疫组织化学和蛋白印迹技术检测胃癌组织中RANTES蛋白的表达分别为(2.38±0.52)分和117 940.00±1572.15,明显高于正常胃组织的(0.63±0.52)分和4129.25±287.19(P＜0.05或P＜0.01);胃癌患者外周血RANTES浓度高于正常人[(685.25±296.19)pg/ml vs.(174.88±70.50)pg/ml](P＜0.05).结论 RANTES与胃癌密切相关,有可能成为胃癌治疗的新靶点.
