奥美拉唑预防重型脑损伤并发应激性溃疡出血的临床观察

目的 :探讨奥美拉唑在重型颅脑损伤并发应激性溃疡出血的预防效果。方法 :对 180例重型颅脑损伤患者分为奥美拉唑组和对照组 ,前者 12 0例 ,后者 6 0例。奥美拉唑 4 0mgivqd× 7d。观察患者呕血及大便潜血情况。 结果 :奥美拉唑组出血 5例 ,占 4 .2 % ;对照组出血 36例 ,占 6 0 % ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :临床研究证明奥美拉唑对预防颅脑损伤后应激性溃疡出血效果明显。

Clinical Analysis of Omeprazole in Preventation of Severe Cerebral Trauma Accompanied with Bleeding of Stress Ulcer

Objective: To explore the preventing effect of omeprazole on the severe cerebral trauma accompanied with bleeding of strees ulcer.Method: 180 patients with severe cerebral trauma were divided into two groups, 120 cases in omeprazole group, 60 cases in conrolled group. Omeprazde 40 mg per day iv for a week, the controlled group did not receive omeprazole. The patients' haematemesis and occule blood in stool were observed at the same time in both groups. Result: Patients with bleeding. in omeprazole group were 5 cases ( 4.2%); that in controlled group were 36 cases (60%), there was a significant difference between two groups(P< 0.01).Conclusion: The clinical study suggested the preventing effect of omeprazole on the severe cerebral trauma accompanied with bleeding of stress ulcer.
