CCU病房心肺复苏程序的探讨

目的 :探讨发生在 CCU病房中心脏骤停患者的心肺复苏的程序 ,以便提高心肺复苏的成功率。方法 :选择近年来在 CCU病房心肺复苏成功的 16例患者 ,其中 6例心跳骤停患者尚存不规则的呼吸 ,首先给予心脏电除颤 ;7例呼吸完全停止的患者先进行人工通气及胸外心脏按压再给予电除颤 ;3例心脏静止患者给予静脉注射肾上腺素 2 m g,异丙肾上腺素1m g,阿托品 2 m g治疗。结果 :16例心脏骤停的患者按上述程序复苏 ,心肺复苏取得了成功。结论 :对发生在 CCU病房中心跳骤停的患者采取上述程序进行复苏 ,能提高心脏复苏的成功率。

Discussion on successful fators of cardiopulmonary resuscitation

Objective: Cardiopulmonary resuscitative procedure of cardiac arrest patients occurring in CCU wards was discussed so as to increase survival rate of cardiac arrest. Methods: 16 successful cases of cardiopulmonary resuscitation occurring in CCU wards in recent years were selected and discussed the resuscitative procedure. Results: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation of 16 patients given the resuscitative procedure was successful. Conclusion: Successful rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation occurring in CCU wards can be increased when the cardiac arrest patients were given the resuscitative procedure.
