普乐林对急性脑梗塞患者神经功能和生活质量的影响

目的 :了解普乐林注射液对急性脑梗塞患者神经功能及生活质量的影响。方法 :70例急性脑梗塞患者随机分为两组 :急性期 (发病至开始治疗的时间 <2周 )组和恢复期 ( >2周 )组 ,均给予普乐林注射液 5 0 0 m g/d,静脉滴注 ,疗程 2周 ,比较治疗前后患者神经功能缺损程度及生活质量的变化。结果 :急性期和恢复期患者在治疗后 ,神经功能缺损积分明显下降 ,生活质量明显改善 ,而两组间比较无显著差异。总有效率分别为 85 .7%和 88.6%。未发现毒副作用。结论 :普乐林注射液能明显降低急性脑梗塞患者神经功能缺损程度及提高患者的生活质量 ,对急性期和恢复期患者均有可靠的疗效和安全性。

The effects of puerarin injection on neural function and living quality in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective: It is to assess the effects of puerarin injection on neural function and living quality in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Seventy patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divide into 2 groups: acute phase group (the time between episoding and treatment starting<2 weeks) and recovery phase group (>2 weeks). All patients were intravenous dripin a dose of 500 mg puerarin injection each day for 2 weeks. The neural function injury extent and changes of living quality were compared with before and after treatment. Results: The neural functoin injury scores in acute phase group and recovery phase group was markedly lower, and the living quality was markedly improve than before treatment. But there are no difference between these two groups. The effective rate were 85.7% and 88.6%, respectively. Toxity and by -effect were not found. Conclusion: puerarin can significantly decrease the neural function injury extent and markedly improve the living quality in patients with acute cerebral infarction. It has reliable effect and safety for acute phase and recovery phase patients.;
