神经性贪食症的病因与辨证论治

研究 49例神经性贪食症患者 ,中医四诊及 Ham ilton抑郁量表 17项评分显示 ,其病因主要是精神心理因素 ,其主症暴食占 10 0 %、呕吐占 95 .5 %、抑郁占 87.8%。根据辨证分为脾阳虚损型 (占 83 .7% )服舒纳汤 ,肝胃郁热型 (占16.3 % )服清宁饮 ,两型均配合解郁膏穴位贴敷 ,有效率为 65 .3 %。笔者认为 ,舌象、脉象是划分其证型的主要依据 ,疏肝解郁、畅通腑气是其治疗的基本原则。

An inquiry into disease cause and Chinese traditional medicine treament of BN

In the study of 49 cases of Bulimia Nervosa patients, Chinese medicinal four examinations and estimation of 17 items of Hamilton Depression Scale that the main cause of BN lies in patients psychological factors, with their symptoms of rapacious appetite by 100%, vomiting by 95.9% and depression by 87.8%. After identifying the patterns, they are divided into the type of spleen yang vacuity detriment(by 83.7%) treated with Shu Na Tang and the type of depressed liver stoiment(heat by 16.3%) treated with Qing Ning Yin, to both types applied accupoint paste and the total effective rate reaching 65.3%. Author believes that tongue image and pulse manifestation are the chief basis for the division of BN patterns and course the liver and resolve depression and free the bowels are the basic therapy principles.
