氨氯地平与洛沙坦联用治疗顽固性高血压30例临床观察

本文氨氯地平与洛沙坦联用治疗顽固性高血压 ３０例疗效。两药联用观察 ６周，血压平均下降，经自身对照 ｔ检验， Ｐ ＜０．０１，全部病例均有效，治疗 ２～３周血压下降幅度较大， ４～６周趋于稳定，并能改善心绞痛、心肾功能，对血糖、血脂、血清电解质无不良影响。两药联用，具有协同降压作用，是顽固性高血压治疗的一种较好联合用药选择。

Observation of 30 cases with obstinate hypertension treated by the union of amlodipine and losartan

All patients treated by the two drugs were effective. The degree of blood pressure drop was significant after 2~3 weeks of the application of the two drugs, and 4~6 weeks later the blood pressure was to tend to steady. The union of the two drugs could lysis angina pectoris, improve the function of heart and kidney. There were not bad influnance to the blood glucose, blood lipidemia. There was coordinate effect in decrease blood pressure by the union of amlodipine and losartan. The union of the two drugs was one of the better methods in the treatment of obstinat hypertension.
