中西医结合治疗重度带状疱疹22例疗效观察

目的 :观察中西医结合治疗重度带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法 :对 2 2例重度带状疱疹患者给予中药加西药治疗。西药采用抗病毒、抗感染、营养神经、纠正水及电解质平衡、止痛等综合治疗。中药按辨证论治治疗。结果 :2 2例患者中基本痊愈 4例 ,显效 6例 ,有效 12例 ,总有效率 10 0 .0 %。结论 :中西医结合治疗能缩短重度带状疱疹的病程 ,减轻带状疱疹后遗神经痛 ,有助于提高疗效。

Observation of curative effects on 22 cases with far advanced zoster using integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine

Objective:To observe the clinically curative effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine (TCM WM)therapy on far advanced zoster. Methods: 22 cases with far advanced zoster were treated with TCM plus western medicine about Antitoxin, Anti-infective, Trophic nerve, Analgesic, and water and Electrolyte. Otherwise, TCM was based on TCM syndrome differentiation and typing treatment. Results: Among 22 cases 4 cases were basically cured, 6 cases markedly effective, 12 cases effective, and the total effective rate was 100.0%.Conclusions: Integrated TCM WM therapy is able to shorten the course of far advanced zoster, relieve the sequela of neuralgia on far advanced zoster, and is helpful to iucrease curative effects.
