精神科门诊大学生就诊情况调查

目的了解大学生在精神科门诊的就诊情况及临床特征。方法通过查阅门诊病历，采用自编问卷的方法，对我院2003年度精神科门诊中首次就诊的在校大学生进行回顾性调查。结果大学生占全年精神科门诊首诊例数的2．7％．平均就诊次数为4次；77．7％为慢性起病，就诊原因以情绪低落和行为异常为主；33．5％诊断为抑郁症，31．7％诊断为精神分裂症，男、女生的临床诊断差异无显著性，不同年级学生的临床诊断差异有显著性。19.3％的学生被收入住院治疗，90．7％的学生使用过精神科药物治疗。结论大学生心理问题仍较严重，发病较缓慢，不同年级学生的患病情况有一定的差异性。

Investigation of College Students' Clinic-visiting in Psychiatry Department

OBJECTIVE The study is to observe college students' clinic-visiting in psychiatry department and the feature of their symptoms. METHOD The date of all colleges who visit the psychiatry clinic of our hospital firstly during 2003.1.1-2003.12.30 were analyzed by reviewing their clinic documents. RESULT Out of all the case first time to the psychiatry clinic during this year, the college students are about 2.7%, the average visiting times in 4 during the year.77.7% are chronic.Courses low mood and abnormal behavior are the first two causes for clinic-visiting.33.5% cases are diagnosed depression and 31.7% casesare schizophrenia.The difference of their diagnose are not significant between males and females, but it is significant among different grades.About 19.3% cases have been treated in hospital and about 90.7% case have used different menthal medicine. CONCLUSION It is still serious about students psychiatric health, most are chronic, the diagnoses are significant different among different grades.
