| 摘 要： | 评价髌骨爪治疗髌骨骨折的效果。方法Ｘ线电视下用髌骨爪对髌骨骨折进行复位固定治疗１５７例。平均随访２０ｍｏ对随访结果进行疗效评价。结果髌骨折治疗髌骨骨折，优良率为８４％。结论髌骨爪治疗髌骨骨折，疗效良好，并可早期功能锻炼，防止膝关节强直。

| Abstract: | Objective The paper is to investigate the treatment of fracture of catching patella. Methods Under X ray 157 patients with fracture of the patella were treated using the device of catching patella and then visited in 20 monthes on average. Results With the device of catching patella to treat fracture of the patella, the rate of the patella repair was 84%. Conclusions With the device of cataching patella to treat the fracture of the patella, the better therapeutic effects can be suggested that patients could practice early to prevent the rigidity of the knee joint. |
