冠心病患者HCMV感染及其与TNF和ET关系的临床研究

目的 探讨人类巨细胞病毒（HCMV）感染、肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）及血清内皮素（ET）浓度与动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法 采用酶联免疫法（ELISA）测定不稳定性心绞痛（unstable angina，UA）53例，稳定劳力性心绞痛（stable angina，SA）66例，正常对照组30例血清人类巨细胞病毒抗体，放射免疫法检测ET和TNF的浓度。结果 不稳定性心绞痛组HCMV—IgM阳性26例（49．1％），HCMV—IgG阳性37例（69．8％）；稳定劳力性心绞痛组CMV—IgM阳性29例（43．9％），HCMV—IgG阳性41例（62．1％），正常对照组HCMV—IgM阳性4例（6．7％），HCMV—IgG阳性H例（26．7％），与正常对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。不稳定性心绞痛组，稳定劳力性心绞痛组，与正常对照组相比，血清TNF和ET显著增高（P〈0．01）。结论 CHD患者的HCMV感染、内皮细胞功能受损可能参与了冠心病发生发展的过程。

Clinical study on relation of cytomegalovirus infection with tumor necrosis factor and endothelin in patients of coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate the relationship between human cytomegalovirus(HCMV) infection,tumor necrosis factor(TNF),endothelin ET in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Blood samples were colleted from 53 unstable angina(UA)patients,66 stable angina(SA) patients and 30 controls.Serum HCMV antibody was detected by enzym linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) technique,and the level of serum TNF and ET were analysed with radioimmunoassay.Results Positive HCMV-IgM and HCMV-IgG were found in 26(49.1%)and 37(69.8%) cases respectively in the 53 patients with unstable angina,29(43.9%) and 41(62.1%)cases respectively in 66 patients with stable angina,4(6.7%)and 6(26.7%)cases respectively in 30 controls.Concentrations of plasma TNF and ET in the unstable angina or stable angina group were significantly higher(all P<0.01)than those in the control group.Conclusion HCNV infection,TNF,ET might be implicated in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease.
