| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨MRI对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）的分度诊断价值。方法：对比分析临床确诊的120例HIE病例的临床资料（轻度51例，中度46例和重度23例）和颅脑MRI资料的关系。结果：大脑半球脑叶受累及的数量、重要灰质功能区域受累及的范围以及脑实质和脑室内出血管等MRI征象与临床的病情程度具有显著的相关性（P≤0．1）。结论：根据MRI征象可以准确的判断HIE的病情程度。

| Abstract: | To study the role of MRI in grading the neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods The data of MRI and clinical manifestations of 120 patients with neonatal HIE was analyzed. The patients were graded as mild group (n =51), moderate group (n = 46) and severe degrees group (n = 23) basing on the patient's clinical manifestation. Results The number of focus in cerebral lobe, the cerebral cortex in important function area was involved and hemorrhage in cerebral or in ventricle are related with the patient's clinical manifestation obviously. ( P<0. 05). There are an identity remarked between grading the HIE with MRI and the clinical manifestations (P<0.1). Conclusion MRI will play an important role in grading the HIE. |
