炙甘草汤治疗心律失常随机对照试验的Meta分析

目的:运用Meta分析探讨炙甘草汤治疗心律失常的疗效。方法:运用计算机从中国知网(CNKI)及万方数据库之中进行检索,检索时间始于2008年1月,截止至2018年12月。两名研究者依据纳入排除标准独立筛选文献、提取文献并交叉核对,采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终筛选并纳入符合标准的文献9篇,总共1102例患者,采用JADAD评分进行评价总体质量良好,经Meta分析后汇总的OR为3.36,95%的可信区间为(2.24,5.03),表明有统计学意义,即炙甘草汤加减治疗心律失常较西药治疗组效果好。结论:与西药治疗组相比,在临床中随症加减炙甘草汤治疗心律失常可提高常规治疗疗效。

A meta-analysis of a randomized controlled trial on treatment of arrhythmia with zhilicorice decoction

Objective:To explore whether roasted licorice soup is superior to western medicine in the treatment of arrhythmia by meta-analysis.Methods:The retrieval time of databases of the China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang is from January 2008 to December 2018.According to the exclusion criteria,two researchers independently sifted the literature,extracted the literature and cross-checked it,and used RevMan 5.3 the software was analyzed by meta-analysis.Results:A total of 1102 patients were selected and included in 9 articles that met the criteria.The overall quality was evaluated by JADAD score.The total OR was 3.36 after meta-analysis and confidence interval of 95%was 2.24-5.03,which indicated that there was statistical significance.Conclusion:Compared with Western medicine treatment group,adding and subtracting the dose of roasted licorice soup according to clinical symptoms can improve the treatment effect of arrhythmia.
