口疮灵方局部贴敷联合氨来呫诺治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响

目的:研究口疮灵方局部贴敷联合氨来呫诺治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法:将复发性口腔溃疡患者108例作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组各54例。对照组患者仅给予氨来呫诺治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用口疮灵方局部贴敷,治疗时间为1个月。治疗结束后观察并记录治疗前后口疮疼痛评分、口疮大小、数目等,并根据中医症候疗效判断标准对两组的临床疗效进行评定。同时比较两组免疫功能包括CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_8^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+各项指标的变化情况。结果:观察组疮疼痛评分、口疮大小、数目均低于对照组,治疗总有效率(88.9%)高于对照组总有效率(77.8%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且观察组患者的CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+水平明显高于对照组,而CD_8^+低于对照组,且不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口疮灵方局部贴敷联合氨来呫诺治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床效果显著,有助于溃疡的愈合,提高了患者的免疫功能,值得临床上使用。

Therapeutic effect of oral ulcer combined with topical application of ammonia to the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer and its effect on immune function of patients

Objective:To study the effect of local application of oral soreing combined with ammonia to treat recurrent oral ulcer and its effect on immune function.Methods:A total of 108 patients with recurrent oral ulcers were enrolled in the study.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number method,with 54 cases in each group.In the control group,only the patients were treated with ammonia,and the observation group was given a topical application of aphthous injection on the basis of the control group.The treatment time was1month.After the end of treatment,the pain scores of aphthous ulcers,the size and number of aphthous ulcers were observed and recorded before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated according to the judgment criteria of TCM symptoms.At the same time,the changes of the two groups of immune function including CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+were compared.Results:The pain scores and the number of aphthous ulcers in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The total effective rate(88.9%)was higher than that in the control group(77.8%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while CD8^+was lower than the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of oral topical application combined with amoxicillin in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers is significant,which contributes to the healing of ulcers and improves the immune function of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
