芪术茯苓汤治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少临床研究

目的:研究芪术茯苓汤治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析156例恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少患者临床资料,随机分为对照组和观察组各78例。对照组给予利可君片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用芪术茯苓汤治疗,连续治疗4个疗程(1个疗程7d)后,观察对比临床治疗有效率、临床症状改善以及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率83.33%高于对照组51.28%(P<0.05);治疗后两组白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞计数(NE)、血红蛋白浓度(HGB)、血小板计数(PLT)均升高,与治疗前对比(P<0.05),且观察组升高优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组临床症状(乏力、头晕、食欲减退、四肢酸软)评分降低,与治疗前对比(P<0.05),且观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床不良反应发生率与对照组对比(P>0.05)。结论:芪术茯苓汤治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少疗效确切,可促进白细胞计数升高,增强免疫功能,值得临床应用。

Clinical study of Qizhu Fuling decoction in the treatment of malignant tumor after chemotherapy of white blood cell reduction

Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of Qizhu Fuling decoction in the treatment of malignant tumor leukopenia after chemotherapy.Methods:A retrospective analysis156cases of malignant tumor leukopenia after chemotherapy in patients with clinical data,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,78patients in each group.The control group the Leucogen tablets treatment,patients in the observation group in the control group based on the use of Qizhu Fuling decoction treatment,continuous treatment of4courses(1sessions7d),compare the clinical curative effect.Results:The total efficiency of83.33%in observation group was significantly higher than the control group51.28%(P<0.05);2groups of white blood cell count after the treatment(WBC),neutrophil count(NE),hemoglobin concentration(HGB),platelet count(PLT)were significantly increased,compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group increased significantly than those in the control group(P<0.05)after treatment;2groups of patients with clinical symptoms(fatigue,dizziness,loss of appetite,aching and limp)was significantly reduced,compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group improved significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qizhu Fuling decoction in the treatment of malignant tumor after chemotherapy white blood cell reduction effect is exact,can promote white blood cell count,enhance the immune function,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
