基于CiteSpace的国际急诊工作场所暴力相关研究热点分析

目的 分析国际急诊工作场所暴力研究热点,为我国后续急诊工作场所暴力研究提供参考。方法 基于Web of Science数据库, 不限制文献时间跨度,以 “emergency”AND”hospital violence“,“emergency”AND“occupational violence”,“emergency”AND“workplace violence“为检索词,通过Cite Space软件绘制知识图谱。结果 共检索出急诊工作场所暴力相关文献331篇。Web of Science所载文献数量呈逐年增长趋势,发文量最多的期刊和作者均来自美国,作者之间合作形成不同的研究角度;该领域共被引文献形成知识基础;关键词聚类分析提示热点间联系比较分散,研究方向较多,综合性较弱;近来研究热点随该领域及相关学科的进步而发展。结论 国际急诊工作场所暴力领域理论研究、横断面研究较多,干预性研究仍需加强。我国也应紧跟国际动态,研究相关问题影响因素,提出适合我国国情的干预措施。

Research hotspots of violence in emergency workplace worldwide based on CiteSpace

Objective To explore the hotspots of violence in emergency workplaces worldwide and provide reference for the related researches in China.Methods "Emergency" and "hospital violence", "emergency" and "occupational violence", "emergency" and "workplace violence" were searched as retrieval words in the database of Web of Science without the limitation of publication time. Knowledge maps were drawn by CiteSpace software.Results Totally 331 articles related to violence in emergency workplaces were retrieved. The number of literatures published on the Web of Science was increasing. The most published journals and authors were from the United States. The authors cooperated to form different research angles. The co-cited documents in this field formed the knowledge base. Cluster analysis of keywords indicated that the links between hotspots were scattered with variety of directions and weak comprehensiveness. Recently, research hotspots had developed with the progress of related disciplines in this field.Conclusions There are many theoretical and cross-sectional studies on the violence in emergency workplaces worldwide. Intervention studies still need to be strengthened. China should also keep up with international developments to explore the influencing factors of relevant issues, and propose intervention measures which are suitable for the national conditions of China.
