Lp-PLA2和炎症因子对老年脑卒中病人预后判断的临床意义

目的探讨脑卒中病人血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)和炎症因子白细胞介素(IL)-6,IL-8,IL-1β和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α的表达水平,探讨其与病人预后的关系。方法选择56例老年脑卒中病人和56例健康体检老人纳入本研究,按预后情况脑卒中病人又分为预后良好组与预后不良组。采用ELISA法检测脑卒中病人血清Lp-PLA2和炎症因子水平,并进行组间比较。结果脑卒中病人血清Lp-PLA2、IL-6、IL-8、IL-1β和TNF-α水平明显高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。预后不良组上述指标明显高于预后良好组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论 Lp-PLA2升高的脑卒中病人,预后大多数有后遗症。监测卒中病人血清Lp-PLA2和炎症因子IL-6、IL-8、IL-1β、TNF-α的变化,对病人的预后判断也有一定的参考意义。

Clinical significance of Lp-PLA2 and inflammatory factors in predicting the prognosis of stroke in the elderly patients

Objective To investigate the levels of serum lipoprotein-related phospholipase A2, interleukin (IL)-6, IL-8, IL-2L and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α in the elderly patients with stroke, and to monitor the association with prognosis of the patients.Methods Fifty-six elderly patients with stroke and 56 normal elderly receiving physical examination in the Geriatric Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were enrolled in this study. The patients with stroke were divided into good prognosis group and poor prognosis group according to the prognosis. The levels of serum lipoprotein-related phospholipase A2 and inflammatory factors were monitored by ELISA and compared between the groups.Results The levels of serum lipoprotein-related phospholipase A2 and inflammatory factors in the patients with stroke were significantly higher than those in the normal control group, and significantly higher in the patients with poor prognosis than those in the good prognosis group ( P < 0.05).Conclusions The elderly patients with elevated serum levels of lipoprotein-related phospholipase A2 present with poor prognosis.
