知葛通脉颗粒治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床研究

目的:观察知葛通脉颗粒对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:选取120例糖尿病周围神经病变的患者作为研究对象。将患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组(口服知葛通脉颗粒)和对照组(口服甲钴胺片)各60例。两组均治疗3个月,比较两组治疗前、后临床症状评分、TCSS评分、神经传导速度等指标的差异。结果:治疗组临床症状评分总有效率为85.00%,优于对照组的58.30%(P<0.01)。治疗组TCSS评分较对照组降低更显著(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者神经传导速度比治疗前有明显的改善(P<0.05),但是治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:知葛通脉颗粒治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有良好的疗效。

Clinical efficacy of Zhige Tongmai granules for treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective:To observe the effect of Zhige Tongmai granules for diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).Methods:The 120 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were divided into treatment group ( n =60,oral Zhige Tongmai particles) and control group (n=60,oral mecobalamin tablets) according to the random number table method. Both groups were treated for 3 months,the clinical symptom score,TCSS score,nerve conduction velocity and other indicators were compared between two groups. Results:The total effective rate of clinical symptom scores in the treatment group was 85.00%,which was better than that in the control group(58.30%)( P <0.01);The TCSS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group( P <0.05);After treatment,the nerve conduction velocity in the treatment group was more higher than that in tne control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion:Zhige Tongmai granule has good curative effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
