骨疏康胶囊治疗肾阳虚型骨质疏松症疗效及对患者骨代谢影响

摘    要:
目的:研究了骨疏康胶囊辅助对肾阳虚型骨质疏松症(OP)患者的治疗效果及对骨代谢的影响。方法:纳入OP患者160例,按照随机数字表法分为常规组和骨疏康组,各80例。常规组患者服用钙尔奇D片,1片/次,2次/d。骨疏康组在常规组的基础上服用骨疏康胶囊,4粒/次,2次/d。分别于治疗前后对两组患者的临床症状改善评分、骨密度、血清磷、TPINP、血清钙以及血碱性磷酸酶水平进行比较,比较两组患者的治疗有效率。结果:治疗后骨疏康组腰膝酸痛、乏力、大便溏薄、畏寒以及夜尿频繁评分均明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。骨疏康组的治疗有效率83.75%明显高于常规组53.75%(P<0.05)。治疗后常规组腰椎L2-4和Ward区骨密度明显低于骨疏康组(P<0.05)。治疗后骨疏康组和常规组TPINP、血碱性磷酸酶水平均明显增加(P<0.05),其中骨疏康组变化更大(P<0.05)。治疗后骨疏康组血清磷、血清钙水平与常规组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:骨疏康胶囊辅助治疗肾阳虚型OP,能够明显改善患者临床症状,提高治疗有效率,并通过对骨代谢紊乱的调节促进骨形成,进而有助于机体骨密度的增加,起到对OP的治疗作用。

Effect of Gushukang capsule on the treatment of Shenyangxu osteoporosis and effect on bone metabolism

Abstract:
Objective:To study the effect of Gushukang capsule on the treatment of Shenyangxu osteoporosis and it effect on bone metabolism. Methods: 160 patients with OP were enrolled. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the conventional group and the Gushukang group, 80 cases each.The patients in the conventional group were taking calcium D tablets, 1 piece/time, 2 times/d.The Gushukang group took the Gushukang capsule on the basis of the conventional group, 4 capsules / time,2 times / d. The clinical symptom improvement score, bone mineral density, serum phosphorus, TPINP, serum calcium and blood alkaline phosphatase levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the treatment efficiency of the two groups was compared. Results:After treatment, the waist and knee pain, fatigue, loose stools, chills and nocturia frequent scores in the Gushukang group were significantly lower than the conventional group ( P <0.05). The treatment efficiency of the Gushukang group(83.75%)was significantly higher than that of the conventional group (53.75%)( P <0.05). After treatment, the bone density of lumbar vertebrae L 2-4 and ward area in the conventional group was significantly lower than that in the Gushukang group ( P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of TPINP and blood alkaline phosphatase in the Gushukang group and the conventional group were significantly increased ( P <0.05), and the changes in the Gushukang group were greater ( P <0.05). After treatment, the serum phosphorus and serum calcium levels in the Gushukang group were not significantly different from those in the conventional group ( P >0.05). Conclusion:Gushukang capsule treat Shenyangxu osteoporosis, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the efficiency of treatment, and promote bone formation through the regulation of bone metabolism disorder, which will help the increase of bone density in the body and the therapeutic effect of OP.
