天麻钩藤颗粒联合阿托伐他汀对老年高血压病人炎性反应、血管内皮及血小板功能的影响

目的探讨天麻钩藤颗粒联合阿托伐他汀对老年高血压病人炎性反应、血管内皮及血小板功能的影响.方法选取我院2016年2月至2017年5月收治的86例高血压合并高血脂病人,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各43例.对照组予以阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上予以天麻钩藤颗粒治疗,比较2组血压、血脂、炎性因子、血管内皮及血小板指标的变化及疗效.结果治疗后,2组血压、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、炎症因子、内皮素-1及血小板水平较治疗前均显著降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇及一氧化氮水平较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组上述各指标水平均优于对照组(P<0.05).观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而2组丙氨酸氨基转移酶、尿素氮、肌酐水平及不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论天麻钩藤颗粒联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年高血压病人,可显著调节其血压与血脂水平,减轻炎症反应,并改善血管内皮及血小板功能.

Effects of Tianma Gypsum granules combined with atorvastatin on inflammatory reaction,vascular endothelial and platelet function in the elderly patients with essential hypertension

Objective To study the effects of Tianma Gypsum granules combined with atorvastatin on the inflammatory reaction,vascular endothelial and platelet function in the elderly patients with essential hypertension.Methods Eighty-six patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia treated in our hospital from February 2016 to May 2017 were divided into the control group and observation group randomly,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin,and the observation group was treated with Tianma Gypsum granules on the basis of the control group.The changes of the levels of blood pressure,blood lipid,inflammatory factors,endothelial and platelet indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood pressures,totalcholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,inflammatory factors,endothelin-1 and platelet indexes in two groups were significantly decreased,while the levels of high density lipoprotein-cholesterol and NO were significantly increased(P<0.05),especially in the observation group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).However,there were no significant differences in the levels of alanine aminotransferase,urea nitrogen,creatinine and the rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Tianma Gypsum granules combined with atorvastatin can significantly regulate blood pressure and blood lipid levels,reduce inflammation,and improve vascular endothelial and platelet function.
